Our Personal Trainers are hand picked for their education, knowledge, track record for achieving client results and pure charisma and likeability. We teach our classes to all skill levels, so whether you’re a novice or a pro, all of our classes will challenge you to your own personal fitness level in an intimate class setting with like-minded clients.   


SGT Abs

Say goodbye to boring crunches and hello to a fun, challenging circuit class that focuses on your core. 45 minutes will fly by as you work your way through a wide range of exercises that leverage different gym equipment to help you get those fab abs you have always wanted.


SGT Boot Camp

Ready to challenge your workouts with high intensity, dynamic body conditioning in a fast paced circuit class? SGT Boot Camp is a tailor made class for each participant focusing on how to challenge your body to the next level. Treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines and body weight resistance training are just a few of the tools used to give you an army worthy workout. 


SGT Run

Never dread running indoors again with this heart-pounding, 45-minute workout. This small group training class combines treadmill with runners' exercises designed to make your runs easier and faster as you get stronger. Whether you want to try a 5K, full marathon or just looking for a solid calorie burning workout, this class is guaranteed to kick your training into high gear and help you achieve your fitness goals. Never the same workout twice.  All levels welcome.


SGT TRX

Engage all your muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Increase body strength, endurance and flexibility. We set the reps, you set the intensity. TRX is all core all the time!
