Get Strong for Summer
20 Classes.  30 Days.  100's of Reps.

Push ups per minute
Bicep curls x weight per minute
Jump squats per minute
Shoulder presses x weight per minute

Daily Strength Challenges will take place in most muscle conditioning & bootcamp classes* each day in March.  Challenge participants will be given a Strength Journal to track their progress.

Two Ways to Win a Three Month Membership
All challange participants that complete 20 classes in the month of March will be entered to win.
Challenge participants who complete 20 strength classes can submit their results; the strongest client will be determined by factoring in reps, weights, and gains over the month.
