cancellation policy

Class, session and personal training cancellation policy

Clients arriving later than 5 minutes to class may have their spot given up to another client on the waitlist.

No admittance to classes after 15 minutes of class time has surpassed.

8 hour cancellation notice is required for all Group Class and Small Group Training (SGT) bookings. 

12 hour cancellation is required for all Personal Training Sessions.  

Failure to cancel within the cancellation window will result in your Classes/Session/Training being forfeited, and/or a charge to your credit card in the amount of the Class/Session/Training, and/or suspension of your online account. 

Punch card Policy

Punch cards are non-transferable, and non-refundable once purchased. 

Punch cards expire within one year from purchase; individual promotions carry different expiration periods.  Please note the expiration on the punch card you purchase.  

Membership cancellation policy

Membership contracts commit you to the full applicable contract length at the time of signing. Minimum three month contract required. Monthly membership offers commit you to a minimum of one year contract after which you can cancel at anytime with 30 days notice. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. We allow you to freeze your membership and payments for up to 3 months in case of injury, vacation, travel, etc. Please note we have a 30-day minimum for holds and a 90-day maximum. All holds must be in 30 day increments and holds on monthly contracts must correspond with your invoice schedule.  There are no holds on one or three month memberships.

Workshop cancellation policy

A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for Workshops. Failure to cancel within the cancellation window will result in your Workshop being forfeited and/or a charge to you credit card in the amount of the Workshop. 

Workshops fill quickly so we recommend reserving your spot in advance; walk-ins are always welcome subject to availability. 

Private party deposit and cancellation policy

To confirm your booking we require a $200 non-refundable deposit. 

If you need to reschedule your party we require at least 8 days verbal and written notice prior to your party date. A cancellation within 7 days of your scheduled party date will result in the full charge of the party to your credit card.
