Challenge Rules:
January 11th to February 7th
Participate in 5 classes per week for 4 weeks
Measurements pre & post challenge

Challenge Calculations:
5 points for each % of body weight lost
5 points for each % of inches lost
1 point for each pound lost
2 points for each inch lost

'Booty Approved' classes are marked with a peach emoji on our schedule and include 101 squats per class.
